I’m Chhaya Anand, and after 15 years in the tech world, I’ve seen hiring at its most efficient and its most broken. I’ve led teams at Viacom-Nickelodeon, EA Sports, WebMD, StubHub, Gap, Macy’s, Varo Money, Genentech, Meta and First Republic Bank and I’ve learned one simple truth: hiring NOW is about communication not just credentials. AI already reviews the credentials for you.
Today, AI and automation dominate the early stages of hiring but in the process, we’ve lost authenticity. Let’s talk IRL (in real life).
